CONSUMER PRODUCT DECORATING

Project requirements: This manufacturer required product decorating on powder coated metal shower racks and a fast project turn-around time.  The decorations must endure recurring exposure to soaps, cleansers and moisture.

Custom solutions:

We tested pad and screen printing for this project and determined screen printing provided the best results.  We cured the ink to ensure maximum adherence and durability on the product’s shiny metal surface.  We were able to deliver this project in just 3 days.
